CUSTO is a one-stop-shop to design and order your own furniture. You can get your own CUSTO-mized storage furniture such as book-shelves, cabinets, sideboards at our website.
With CUSTO you are enabled to design your own furniture for your apartment or office according to your measurements. You are able to get individual and CUSTO-mized furniture that you only you will have.
For now, we focus on storage furniture. You can create your own shelving units, wardrobes, sideboards, shoe racks etc.
The price for CUSTO storage furniture ranges from around $300 to $6000 per piece, according to the size and design features you are adding.
We deliver the furniture to your doorstep. You can choose whether you want to assemble it yourself or to get it assembled by our friendly team.
After you have created your custom design and at the point of submitting your order, we will ask you to make payment on our check-out page. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
We accept debit and credit card payment via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We are purely an e-commerce store, but we do have some samples at our office. You may email us at [email protected] or call/WhatsApp us at 9810 6417 to arrange an appointment.
CUSTO is an e-commerce website; as such, we do not accept telephone orders. We do, however, have a dedicated CUSTO-mer service line to help you with any questions and to guide you through the purchasing process.

We provide one year warranty from date of purchase for any damages that are not caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear and poor maintenance. Only product and material malfunctions are covered. For more information, please check our Warranty Page .
Yes, you may collect the furniture yourself. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +65 9810 6417 to arrange self-pick-up.
We will deliver your order within 2 to 4 weeks after you have submitted your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will be contacted after you have placed the order on the delivery times. We work with delivery service companies in Singapore. For orders overseas we which will arrange the exact time of delivery with you.
The first attempt of delivery is free. If the first attempt to deliver should be unsuccessful we will charge another $65 re-delivery fee. You can find more information about our delivery charges on our Delivery Page.
We will deliver your order within 2 to 4 weeks after day of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We deliver Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturdays from 10-1pm, except public holidays. Please note that some condos do not except delivery after certain hours, so kindly check and select your time slot accordingly.
Yes, you can make 1 amendment to your delivery slot as long as it is 48 hours prior to the delivery time. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +65 9810 6417 to arrange a slot.
Yes, you can track your order with your order number upon completion at https://custo.furniture/track.
Should there be any fabrication or material malfunction that is not the result of reasonable wear and tear, please send us photos and description of the nature of damage to [email protected]. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions here.
We are sure that you are going to love your furniture. However, if you ordered with us but it doesn’t fit as expected, we allow a refund within the first 5 days from date of delivery, which is subject to a refund fee of 50% of the original sales price, kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you design your furniture carefully and that you have used the right measurements.
Please inform us within 24 hours from date of order submission if you wish to cancel or if you want to make changes to the order. After the 24 hours period, we cannot change or cancel the order. CUSTO is not liable for any injuries caused by handling the furniture. Our birch furniture is heavy. Please handle with care or request for assembly service upon making your order.
Yes. The caps on the joints can be removed to reveal bolts that you may unscrew to dismantle the furniture.
Currently the minimum dimensions are W30 × H30 × D20 cm. The maximum dimension of one piece is W235 × H120cm × D90 cm or W120 × H235cm × D90 cm. All larger furniture designs will made of smaller parts that still fit into a standard lift.
We advise to secure all furniture to the wall to improve stability so they will not topple over. The installers can handle this on site. Kindly indicate that you want it fixed to the wall during checkout. Please note this comes at an extra charge of $15 per unit.
Yes, there is! But not to worry currently all furniture comes assembled or will be assembled at your home or office.
CUSTO’s design platform is based on the metric system. Please be careful to use cm for your measurements. Due to material tolerances there might be a rare case that our furniture is off by more than 5mm.
CUSTO is currently only available in Singapore, if you are interested in our products, do get in touch with us and we will update you when it is available in your country.
