WHAT IS CUSTO?

CUSTO is a one-stop-shop to design and order your own furniture. You can get your own CUSTO-mized storage furniture such as book-shelves, cabinets, sideboards at our website.

WHAT CAN CUSTO DO FOR YOU?

With CUSTO you are enabled to design your own furniture for your apartment or office according to your measurements. You are able to get individual and CUSTO-mized furniture that you only you will have.

WHAT KIND OF FURNITURE CAN DESIGN AND ORDER WITH CUSTO?

For now, we focus on storage furniture. You can create your own shelving units, wardrobes, sideboards, shoe racks etc.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The price for CUSTO storage furniture ranges from around $300 - $6000 per piece, according to the size and design features you are adding.

DO I NEED TO ASSEMBLE THE FURNITURE MYSELF?

We deliver the furniture to your doorstep. You can choose whether you want to assemble it yourself or to get it assembled by our friendly team.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT?

After you have created your custom design and at the point of submitting your order, we will ask you to make payment on our check-out page. You can pay using Visa or Mastercard.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?

We offer debit and credit card payment via Visa and Mastercard.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

We are purely an ecommerce store for larger orders, we are considering a showroom in the future. For seeing the actual material you can email us on [email protected]

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

CUSTO is an ecommerce website and as such we do not accept telephone orders. We do however have a dedicated CUSTOmer service line to help you with any questions and to guide you through the purchasing process.

IS THERE WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT?

We provide one year warranty from date of purchase for any damages that are not caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear and poor maintenance. As such only product and material malfunctions are covered. For more information, please check our Warranty Page .

CAN I SELF-COLLECT THE FURNITURE?

Yes, you may collect the furniture yourself. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +65 9810 6417 to arrange self-pick-up.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We will deliver your order within 2-4 weeks after you have submitted your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will be contacted after you have placed the order on the delivery times. We work with delivery service companies in Singapore. For orders overseas we which will arrange the exact time of delivery with you.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

The first attempt of delivery is free. If the first attempt to deliver should be unsuccessful we will charge another $65 re-delivery fee. You can find more information about our delivery charges on our Delivery Page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?

We will deliver your order within 2-4 weeks after day of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, except public holidays. Saturday’s from 10-1pm, please note that some condos do not except delivery after certain hours, kindly check and set your time slot accordingly.

CAN I CHANGE DELIVERY TIME?

Yes, you can make 1 (one) amendment to your delivery slot as long as it is 48 hours prior to the delivery time. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +65 9810 6417 to arrange a slot.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can track your order with your order number upon completion, simply login to your account.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM?

Should there be any fabrication or material malfunction that is not the result of reasonable wear and tear, please send us photos and description of the nature of damage to [email protected]. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions here.

CAN I REQUEST FOR A REFUND IF I DON’T LIKE THE FURNITURE I DESIGNED?

We are sure that you are going to love your furniture. However, if you ordered with us but don’t like the result or it doesn’t fit as expected, we enable a refund within the first 5 days from date of delivery, which is subject to a refund fee of 50% of the original sales price, kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you design your furniture carefully and that you use the right measurements.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE A PENDING ORDER?

Please inform us within 24 hours from date of order submission if you wish to cancel or if you want to make changes to the order. After the 24 hours period, we cannot change or cancel the order. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET INJURED HANDLING CUSTO FURNITURE?

CUSTO is not liable for any injuries caused by handling the furniture. Our furniture is made of top quality plywood, which is heavy. Please handle with care or request for assembly service upon making your order.

CAN I DISMANTLE CUSTO FURNITURE?

Our Knus range is made to fit for you in a location measured by you, we have therefor opted for joints that are easier to install and therefore not able to dismantle. Other furniture ranges such as the Stacc and Canyon have the joints fixed on the inside of the shelves and can be dismantled.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS OF CUSTO FURNITURE?

Currently the minimum dimensions per piece are set by the website and can adjusted with our website tool (depending on the options), design, material or a combination. All furniture designs are made of smaller parts that still fit into a standard lift.

DO I NEED TO FIX MY SHELVES TO THE WALL?

We advise to secure all furniture to the wall to improve stability and not to topple over. The installers can handle this on site. Kindly fill in the form accordingly after order confirmation.

IS THERE A MANUAL FOR ASSEMBLING THE FURNITURE?

Yes, there is! But not to worry currently all furniture comes assembled or will be assembled at your home or office.

DO YOU USE CM OR IN FOR MEASUREMENTS?

CUSTO’s design platform is based on the metric system. Please be careful to use cm for your measurements. Due to material tolerances there might be a rare case that our furniture is off by more than 5mm.

DO YOU DELIVER OVERSEAS OR ONLY IN SINGAPORE?

CUSTO is currently only available in Singapore, if you are interested in our products do get in touch with us and we will update you when it is available in your country.
